Welcome to the 4-H Cloverville Online Entry System for the
Kentucky State Fair
1. To Begin click the Sign In button at the top right hand corner. You will need to select your 4-H County from the drop down list. You will use the password we have provided to login into the system.
** Only one agent from each county can be logged into the system at a time**
2. You will want to click on “Begin adding Exhibitor and Entries” to start creating accounts for your students. You will need to fill out all the required fields for each students.
3. Follow the directions to select the proper division and class number for each entry. Make a separate entry for each item.
4. Once you have made entries for a student, please press the “Save this cart for later” button to ensure your entries have been saved to your cart.
5. Once you have submitted a student's entries you can go back in to the system and add additional entries. However, you cannot delete entries once you have hit submit.
6. After checking out proceed to the Account Summary page to print off entry tags.
7. Print a receipt and keep this for your records.
